Oh yeah, I wasn't totally sure if it was actually by Tool & Creed,
that's just what I had it downloaded as.  Hopefully it is by them though.

 ok, this is apparently done by Tool and Creed, so I've put the same
version under Tool as well as Creed cos I really didn't know what to do.

for the D/F# chord, play the 2 on the fat E string with your thumb, it's a hell
of a lot easier. those chords are basically played throughout the whole of the
song, and there's a solo that I haven't worked out, but it's not the hardest to
get a rough idea I don't think. for the solo, just try working around the A
pentatonic and should give you the basics of it.
