 I haven't seen any tabs for this song, and though mine may not be all correct I
figured I would tab it out anyways. Maybe somebody can work off of what I post.
There are 2 or 3 guitars playing but I got it to where you can make it sound like
the song with out using 3 guitars.

You need to listen to the song for strumming pattern!!!

Well it's like that. You definitely need to listen to the strumming pattern though
to get the timing right, cause I can't tab the timing...too much work. Well just go
off this it should give you a start. Thanks!!! 

 This is the way I hear it. The intro / verse is transcribed for one guitar. 
There are some subtle notes that are missing from this tab but otherwise its
pretty close I think. Drop D tuning by the way.

This last part is done on a keyboard. This is the guitar transcription. A heavy
flange effect with some chorus can be made to sound pretty close. This passage
is repeated over and over untill the end of the song.
